  • We can process and complete public assistance rental
    vouchers including Section 8 or HUD Project Rental

Feasibility analysis and Project implementation
  • Review existing conditions and space utilization with
    owner to identify over and under utilization.  Identify
    existing bottlenecks in existing (or proposed) facility.
  • Review needs identified by management and staff to
    confirm that the new design will be better able to
    satisfy the program and administrative needs of the
    owner/client.
  • Identify and coordinate the necessary professionals to
    provide the design and cost analysis to complete the
    project.
  • Develop a project feasibility report that identifies:
    -Proposed layout and alternatives
    -Construction cost breakdowns           
    -Potential operating costs
    -identify environmentally friendly design alternatives   

Upon determination that a project is feasible, we can assist
with the implementation of the project.

Construction Management
  • Coordinate the engagement of professional services
    including:
          -Architectural design

  • Finalize design and costs
  • Review scope of work with all parties
  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits, zoning and
    other municipa/state/federal approvals
  • Represent owner maintaining work flow and negotiate
    any change orders in a timely manner
  • Verify the completion of the project as per design and
    engineering specifications
